As a redevelopment effort, this project has an important goal to reinvest in the local community in order to help drive future development.
In order to create a new urban village character, this vertical mixed-use project locates 110 townhome style condominiums over on-grade retail space and parking. The townhomes are accessed from two private, second level, landscaped podiums. Townhomes range in size from 950 square feet one-story units up to 1,400 square feet two-story units. All units have secure, assigned, private parking at ground level, and private entry patios at the secure podium level. Two-story units define the perimeter of the podiums and feature two-story living room ceilings with generous windows.
Clubhouse amenities, a pool, and spa are located on the larger residential podium. The clubhouse includes a great room and small catering kitchen, fitness room, restroom, sales and business office.
