LCA Architects designed thie Master Plan for an oceanside property. This site included a centrally sited Assembly building with classrooms, a gymnasium and executive and student living quarters. Adjacent buildings have school classrooms and a library. The other building houses executives and faculty in apartments. The site perimeter is lined with single family detached homes. Amenities for the community include a futbol field, basketball and volleyball courts and an outdoor swimming pool.
