Modernization of this 50+ year old elementary school will involve demolition of existing portable classrooms, site concrete, asphalt paving and landscape areas. An existing children’s play structure will be salvaged and reinstalled.
Modernization of the existing building will include:

- speaker/security CCTV and access control
New construction will increase the size of the main building through addition of:
- Multi-Purpose wing
- 2-Story classroom wing
- Exterior kindergarten/lunch canopy
Code upgrades include:
- New fire walls & seismic joints
- Fire sprinkler systems throughout entire building
Site improvements include:
- Accessible path of travel
- New Paving
- Cast-in-place sitework (stairs, ramps, benches)
- Play structure areas
- School monument sign
- Site lighting
- Fencing (ornamental & chain link)
- Trash enclosure
- Artificial turf fields
- New site utilities
- Site security system
