Numerous ancient landslides on this 459 acre property were avoided by clustering homes on the lowest portion of the site. Eighty-four single family homes and twelve apartment units have been planned for the twelve acre portion pictured above. Four hundred forty two upland acres will be placed in scenic/conversion easements.
