Design Guidelines provide basic design principles and siting recommendations so that a project is compatible with, and reinforces, the overall character of the surrounding community. Throughout the preparation of the Design Guidelines document, LCA Architects works closely with builders, planners, city staff, historic preservation societies and other design professionals to prepare a user-friendly document that is realistic in its approach.
