Renovation of an existing automobile sales and service facility includes two different sites. The largest site has 19,500 square feet of existing showrooms and service facilities in a two-story wood-framed building. The exterior of the building has twelve foot panelized metal fascia wrapped around the top of the building above the storefronts. The interior was remodeled completely, prominent features include tile flooring, luminous ceilings and contemporary lighting.
