New campus entry facingMacArthur Boulevard. Modernize interior finishes and finish repair, and replace the following electrical systems:

Historic Shop Building Modernization:
- Provide new layout on both floors for increased number of classrooms. Provide accessible elevator, stairs, internal corridors, student and staff toilets.
Site Improvements:
- Provide landscaping, fencing, paving, site lighting and security
- Provide signage to assist way-finding throughout the campus
- Provide visitor parking lot and bus drop-off area onMacArthur Blvd.
- Improve appearance of campus along theHome Placecul-de-sac
- Resurface and strip all asphalt paving
