Quail Valley Ranch encompasses 1,500 acres including 1,055 acres of open space, 301 custom homesites and an equestrian facility. Preservation of natural resources is a priority. The property is designed to protect oak trees, wetlands and waterways, groundwater supplies, natural drainages, significant archeological sites and the migratory deer corridor. The open space will be used for wildlife preservation and recreation by Quail Valley residents and the surrounding community. Included are several miles of existing trails that will be retained for equestrian and pedestrian purposes.
