Replacement of a seismically unsafe alternative high school facility began with a new master plan for the site. The project includes building a temporary campus, and the design and construction of a new school campus on the 6.7 acre site which will include classrooms, administration and multi-use buildings.
The project will be phased to allow for continuation of classes while the old school is being demolished and new buildings are being constructed.
Accessibility issues were addressed on this sloping site accommodating a 7’ drop between each building.
