LCA Architects provided conceptual design and review package for luxury condominiums over a retail center. The project is currently in design review at the City of Walnut Creek.

Phase II of Centre Place is expected to consist of mixed use shopping and luxury condominiums in the heart of downtown Walnut Creek. Alma park will be extended 125 feet, from it’s current boundary out to California Boulevard, making the park available to street-level pedestrians. A second-floor podium with a living roof and urban gardens will be accessible from the “Spanish Steps” which will also connect to other pedestrian pathways.
