LCA Architects is currently designing a golf clubhouse and event center as a future centerpiece for the residential community of Coyote Springs, Nevada, with construction expected to begin in 2020. Elements of the design package include the land plan for a town square and a two story, 30,000 square foot clubhouse in concert with the existing local facilities. A restaurant with bar and dining terrace, 250 parking spaces, an obscured delivery and docking area, lounge areas maximize views of the golf course and hills beyond, golf cart barn, a modern commercial kitchen is also included in the design.
