A 44,000 square foot tilt-up building was designed and constructed to house a new state-of-the-art recycle facility.  Included on this 3.85 acre site is a pre-fabricated metal building that houses a 16,000 square foot maintenance/shop facility and a 7,000 square foot, two-story administrative office building.

A truck washing facility (using recycled water), on-site fuel island, in-ground truck scales, conveyors, roll-off container storage and a paint booth were also part of the project.

LCA Architects Inc. had less than eight months to obtain all City approvals and to construct the facility.  As a result of the  combined efforts of the Owner, the Design Team, the Contractor and City staff, the aggressive schedule was met and Recycle Plus! was operational – on time.
