LCA Architects designed the Africa Leadership and Management Academy in Harare, Zimbabwe, Africa.  Graduates from the academy will receive degrees focusing on leadership and managements as well as theology and missions, from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

The site design includes a centrally located administration building containing a state-of-the-art library, media training rooms and computer/internet laboratories.  Other components of the academy are classrooms and housing for 200 students, a forum with a stage, faculty apartments, a clubhouse and housing for workers.

Intended to be a world-wide prototypical facility for the not-for-profit Campus Crusade for Christ International organization, the design is a blend of academic and corporate high-tech center aesthetics in an elaborately landscaped setting.
