Conversion of this existing concrete tilt-up, two-story warehouse building included a complete remodel of the interior space.  A portion of the existing mezzanine level was converted into a second story.  Structural upgrades were also part of the project.

Minimal modifications were made to the exterior of the building.  New openings for the entry, exit and natural lighting were cut into existing walls.  An architectural element was added to “announce” the main building entry and a patio/plaza was provided at the main entry for after-service socializing.  The new church facility now accommodates worship, Christian education, church administration, counseling, therapy, group and club meetings or activities, concerts, conferences, seminars, weddings, funerals, banquets/parties, and book/media sales, therapy, group and club meetings or activities, concerts, conferences, seminars, weddings, funerals, banquets/parties, and book/media sales
