In the most recent of many project collaborations, the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District has worked with LCA Architects to design San Pablo’s newest fire station. This mission style 2-story station, located on the corner of Market Avenue and 23rd Street, can accommodate 8 fire fighters and two captains. On the first floor, the spacious 3-app bay features a 2-story training area and the open living area provides a large kitchen and day room. Per County standards, the proposed station will be designed to meet an equivalency of LEED Silver.
