33 North appropriately fits into the project’s steeply sloped site with a terraced design.  The split-level building spans six floors.  Three levels of parking area are accessed by way of an on-grade parking entry.

Eighty two units with spacious outdoor decks afford views of the Frank Lloyd Wright style Civic Center and the Marin countryside.  Fifty five different unit types give tenants a unique and custom residence.

At the time of construction, this project was the Nation’s largest housing project to use recycled water, saving an estimated 1.5  million gallons every year.
