Designed to blend in with the existing neighborhood, this two-story congregate facility offers 180 one and two-bedroom units. A common area called the “downtown” features an ice cream parlor, sundries, chapel, library, billiard and card room, formal and private dining rooms, community kitchen, activities room, private indoor mail boxes, beauty parlor and barber shop. A medical examination room is provided for private physician visits.

Enclosed walkways between living and dining spaces protect occupants from the weather and serve as a buffer to insulate against noises from a nearby street.
