Winery
Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, this guest house is located on property adjacent to the owner’s primary residence and is designed with space for a boutique winery. The building architecture draws from an early California rural and agricultural style. The building itself is an unimposing, rustic, two-story structure of wood, stucco and tile with a wooden trellis and covered breezeways.
One wing of the residence provides areas for equipment and supplies, and space for fermentation and barrel storage, while the main wing of the residence has a great room, large dining room, and well equipped kitchen downstairs and a cozier apartment style suite upstairs.
