LCA provided conceptual designs, yield studies, and building visioning, for this exciting project at the famed auto row in downtown Oakland. Because the project is within the Approved Valdez Specific Plan area, the environmental and traffic analysis are completed and part of the certified EIR, so the project should receive timely approvals.
