LCA & Alten Construction designed an adaptable modern building with a small footprint for multiple uses. With 8 classrooms, a large maker design space, a thoughful courtyard and ample alternative learning spaces, this structure will be comfortable, energy efficient, well ventilated, and full of natural light. In addition to innovative movable furniture and flexible technology, the spaces are easily reconfigurable, and encourage the students to move around the area. This design also includes HVAC, outdoor breakout spaces, integrated storage areas, and a gender-inclusive restroom.
