LCA was contracted to design a community facility with the intention of transforming the existing 6,700 square foot building into a First 5 facility that is welcoming and comfortable; a place where families can make connections to each other. The facility will also accommodate the Welcome Home Baby program. The bidding, preparation of construction documentation, and construction administration are all included in the scope of services.
