The Carlyle Apartments
The objective of this project was to bring first-class, multi-family housing to an area exploding with technology employment opportunities. Two distinct building types comprise this three-story, 276 unit luxury rental community.
Lower density “villa” units, surrounding the site, are the essence of convenience with direct access garages and private entries. Concentrated at the pavilion/pool areas are the higher density “atrium” units, which signify distinguished living, with subterranean parking and oversized terraces at many units.
The site plan wraps around a central spine that includes a continuous water feature. The central focus of the spine is the pavilion. Included in the pavilion are a piano/fireside lounge, business center, gourmet commercial kitchen, exercise room, billiards, parlor, luxury guest apartments and concierge services.
