The design of this 20-unit townhome project was inspired by urban residences of the past which utilize moderate density and pedestrian scale elements to foster a feeling of neighborhood, community and charm.  The plan for this 1 acre site shows how the project keeps the intimate residential community character by orienting townhomes around shared access courtyards and focusing on three of the existing large oak trees.
