The first of two buildings planned for this site has been completed. The new office tower includes 237,250 square feet of office space and features two story entry lobbies with Italian marble walls and floors. This marble, from the foothills of the Alps in Northern Italy, has also been used by Donald Trump in his office and luxury high-rise apartment buildings in New York City. Visible from a major freeway, the building and its nine-story parking garage were designed to be a Concord landmark. With its arctic blue, high performance glazing system, this unique structure will reflect ever-changing cloud formations in the cerulean sky above.
