Visible from a major freeway, the building and its nine-story parking garage were designed to be a Concord landmark. With its arctic blue, high performance glazing system, this unique structure will reflect ever-changing cloud formations in the cerulean sky above.

The first of two buildings planned for this site, this new office tower includes 237,250 square feet of office space. The two-story entry lobbies are finished with Italian marble walls and floors. Notably, this marble is sourced from the foothills of the Alps in Northern Italy and has also been used by Donald Trump in his offices, and luxury high-rise apartment buildings in New York City.
