Renovation of an existing automobile sales and service facility in Walnut Creek includes two different sites. The largest site has 19,500 square feet of existing showrooms and service facilities in a two-story wood-framed building. The exterior of the building has twelve-foot panelized metal fascia wrapped around the top of the building above the storefronts. The interior was remodeled completely; prominent features include tile flooring, luminous ceilings and contemporary lighting.
