This project redeveloped the northern half of an existing commercial site in the coveted downtown area of Walnut Creek. Two new buildings with retail, bank, and office uses are accented by a pedestrian promenade which creates a connection between the street, the sidewalk and a new stairway.
The buildings are within walking distance to Broadway Plaza, are close to public transportation and are adjacent to Alma Park. The architecture of these buildings blends with the existing buildings in this downtown area and enhances its triangular site.
