This design-build project consists of sitework, alterations to existing Indian Valley Campus Building #18 and construction of a large banquet facility with a 250 person capacity, which will serve the College of Marin and the entire Marin Community. The site is located at the confluence of two creeks in a beautiful wooded setting, with the envelope of the building constructed primarily within the footprint of the existing structure. This versatile facility will also be available for performances, luncheons, weddings, business expos and various other events.
