LCA was hired to convert 27,000 square feet of an existing 4 story office campus into a modern, user friendly living landscape style administrative headquarters, or a “home base” for the East Bay Regional Park District. EBRPD desired a reconfiguration of the open office spaces that would yield additional workspaces that are anticipated to be added over the next several years. LCA prepared a package that includes floor plans, recommendations of workstation systems, estimates of project cost, and assistance with procurement of workstation system and furnishings, and intend on providing assistance during the installation of the workstations and their respective components. Our modern concept, with an intrinsic connection to nature, includes game, break, training & huddle rooms, private offices, workstations, hoteling, meeting sanctuaries, and confidential meditation & lactation areas.
